AC Series FRL Combination
The AC Series FRL Combination is a modular compressed-air preparation unit consisting of an AW Series filter regulator and an AL Series lubricator.
Unlike a conventional three-module FRL assembly, the AC Series uses an integrated filter-regulator module to combine filtration and pressure regulation in one body. This compact design reduces the overall installation width while still providing the three essential air-treatment functions:
- Removal of solid contamination and condensed moisture
- Regulation of downstream air pressure
- Controlled lubrication of pneumatic equipment
The series includes AC1010, AC2010, AC3010, AC4010, and AC5010 body sizes. Port options range from M5 to 1 inch, while maximum flow capacities range from 90 to 4,000 L/min.
It is suitable for pneumatic machinery, automation equipment, production lines, packaging systems, textile machines, assembly equipment, air tools, and other industrial applications requiring clean, regulated, and lubricated compressed air.

The compressed-air flow sequence is:
Air Inlet → AW Filter Regulator → AL Lubricator → Air Outlet
The AW module filters the compressed air and maintains the selected downstream pressure. The AL module then introduces a controlled quantity of lubricating oil into the airflow when downstream equipment requires lubrication.

Protective Covers on Larger Models
AC3010, AC4010, and AC5010 units include protective bowl covers. These covers help shield the polycarbonate bowls against impact in industrial environments.
AC1010 and AC2010 models are supplied without bowl covers.
