AC / BC Series FRL Combination – Air Filter Regulator Lubricator
The AC / BC Series FRL Combination is an integrated pneumatic air preparation unit combining an air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator in one compact assembly.
Available models include AC2000, BC2000, BC3000 and BC4000, with port sizes ranging from PT1/4" to PT1/2", making the series suitable for different pneumatic system configurations and airflow requirements.

1. Integrated 3-in-1 Air Preparation
The FRL unit combines three essential compressed-air treatment functions:
Filter + Regulator + Lubricator
Instead of installing three separate components individually, users can install one integrated FRL assembly before downstream pneumatic equipment.
This provides a compact and convenient solution for pneumatic air preparation.
2. Compact Structure
The AC / BC Series features a delicate and compact structure designed for convenient installation and application.
Its integrated construction is particularly useful where installation space is limited or where a complete pneumatic air preparation system is required.
3. Self-Locking Pressure Adjustment
The regulator uses a pressed-in self-locking mechanism.
This design helps prevent abnormal movement of the set pressure caused by external interference, improving pressure-setting stability during equipment operation.
4. Low Pressure Loss
The internal structure is designed to maintain relatively low pressure loss through the air preparation unit.
This helps compressed-air systems maintain efficient airflow while still providing filtration, pressure regulation and lubrication.
5. High Water Separation Efficiency
